Sunderland AFC U18 have announced their fixture schedule for the 2026-27 season under managers Fin Lynch and Jordan Moore. The young Black Cats will begin their campaign away to Burnley U18 on Saturday, 29 August at The Barnfield Training Centre, with kick-off at 12:30.
The squad will play 28 fixtures across the season and face some of the leading academies in the country. Sunderland's first home fixture comes against Wolverhampton Wanderers U18 on 5 September at the Academy of Light, followed by a trip to Manchester City U18 on 12 September.
Key Fixtures
Among the highlights are visits from Manchester United U18 on 17 April and Liverpool U18 on 13 March, both at the Academy of Light. Sunderland will also travel to Newcastle United Academy on 20 February and face their rivals at home on 19 September.
The regular season concludes at home to Everton U18 on Saturday, 8 May at the Academy of Light, with kick-off at 12:30.
