Sunderland AFC has confirmed that defender Timothée Pembélé has completed a permanent transfer to French Ligue 1 side Le Havre. The 23-year-old full-back made eight appearances for the club in red and white after arriving in September 2023.
Return to Familiar Ground
Pembélé is familiar with Le Havre, having spent two separate loan spells there during his time on Wearside. During those loan periods, he made 35 appearances in the French top division.
