Sunderland AFC's ticketing site will go offline from 08:00 on Wednesday 5th August until 09:00 on Friday 7th August for a system upgrade.
During the maintenance period, fans will not be able to buy tickets, log in to their accounts, or manage existing bookings on tickets.safc.com. The main club website safc.com and the Sunderland Store by Fanatics will remain fully operational throughout the outage.
What happens when the site returns
When tickets.safc.com comes back online on Friday, users will need to reset their password and confirm their details. Email addresses will then become the login for both safc.com and tickets.safc.com, creating a single username and password for tickets, membership, and club services.
Fans who have purchased a pre-season streaming pass will need to complete the password reset before they can access the RC Lens match on Saturday.
Further communications, including password change instructions, will be issued once the update is complete.
